    It's a great way to get girls interested in looking at STEM careers right at a critical point where they may be getting negative information that sways them away from STEM.

    Our CEO of Cargill joined with 26 other CEOs signed a 5 step action plan in Dec 2016 to be a part of the Paradigm for Parity Coalition. Our goal is to achieve gender parity in mid-management and above positions by 2030.
