Within the STEP Women's Initiative, there are so many former Honorees and Emerging Leaders changing the companies they work for and the communities they live in, from starting ERGs to engaging with the next generation to implementing flexible work policies, and so on.

The STEP Women's Initiative aims to increase the percentage of women in the industry through documenting and highlighting good workplace policies and procedures that further the attraction, retention and promotion of women in the industry.

Attached is our STEP Best Practice, sourced from Sukup STEP Ahead Alum @Emily Schmitt, and includes the considerations and sample flyer they used.

To address employee retention and the need for increased workplace flexibility, Sukup Manufacturing Co. built an on-site clinic connected to the main manufacturing building at the Sheffield, Iowa headquarters.

Check out their best practice, attached to this post.
