Bio

Victoria Vaccari is the Director of Women’s Engagement at the Manufacturing Institute, the social impact affiliate of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).  In her role, Victoria is working to grow the STEP program and offerings as well as increase engagement tactics for this initiative, as well as the #MFGWomen community.

Prior to joining the Institute, Victoria served as the Operations and Policy Manager at the Immigration Partnership and Coalition (IMPAC) Fund in Miami, Florida where she researched pro-business immigration policy to provide bipartisan recommendations to local, state, and federal leaders.  She planned and executed a 450 attendee bipartisan immigration summit “Beyond Politics: A Bipartisan Summit on Immigration” at the University of Miami in November 2017, as well as numerous fundraising events raising $1 million in the organization’s first year of operation. Additionally, she was the Board and Steering Committee liaison, leading initiatives to drive engagement, fundraising and local awareness of the organization. Before her time with IMPAC, Victoria was an Advisor for Shorelight Education in the Florida International University Global First Year program. As an advisor, she designed and executed the “Global Citizenship Course” co-sponsored by UNESCO, covering topics such as intercultural communications, human rights, gender equality, and globalization.

Victoria earned a B.A. in Political Science from George Washington University and a M.S. in International and Intercultural Education from Florida International University.
